OmniView is a sophisticated analytic software that integrates seamlessly with the Mighty Lube Monitoring system. It is available for deployment either on-premises or in the cloud, providing flexibility to meet diverse user needs.

License Options

After the initial purchase of the OmniView system, users can select from three main licenses, each priced at $2500 nationally. These licenses enable users to download the software within the plant’s network where OmniView has been launched.

License Types

Director License

    • Purpose: Monitor chain replacement needs effectively.
    • Features:
      • Prioritize replacements based on fiscal year.
      • Project budgets for up to two years based on wear progression.
      • Advanced Analytics: Harnesses cutting-edge analytics algorithms to analyze millions of data points from Mighty Lube, transforming complex data into actionable insights that deliver precise and impactful projections for conveyors.

Purchasing View License

    • Purpose: Streamline the chain purchasing process.
    • Features:
      • Simplify RFQ generation when a chain reaches predefined parameters.
      • Step-by-step process for communication between Purchasing and Directors from RFQ placement to chain arrival.
      • Data Simplification: Utilizes all the conveyor data in one area to reduce the time needed to purchase a chain.

Reliability View License

        • Purpose: Identify and analyze chain wear across the plant.
        • Features:
          • Daily identification of elongated chain pitches.
          • Sorting capabilities based on wear data.
          • Machine Learning: Applies machine learning techniques to analyze the relationship between chain vitals and wear, enhancing predictive maintenance strategies

Efficiency View License

Efficiency View: is a system analysis module included at no extra cost with licenses for Director, Purchasing, or Reliability. The system delivers unparalleled access to critical performance insights and proactively monitors the efficiency of the Mighty Lube system. This empowers users to make confident, data-driven decisions with ease, optimizing operations and ensuring peak performance.

Data Analysis:
Continuously evaluates operational data from the Mighty Lube systems and detects deviations or irregularities in the performance of conveyor chains.

  • Technology:
    Utilizes advanced deep learning algorithms and sophisticated training methods to ensure accurate analysis.
  • Output:
    Generates an efficiency grade to assess how well the Mighty Lube Monitoring system is functioning. If the grade indicates poor performance, it suggests that preventive maintenance (PM) should be performed on the Mighty Lube system.
  • Benefits:
    1. Optimizes maintenance schedules.
    2. Identifies inefficiencies early to ensure you have accurate data.

User Access and Administration

Administration Setup:
An internal administration will be established upon launching OmniView.
User Download Process:

  • Users can download the software but will not gain any rights until a license is available/issued.
  • The internal Admin assigns them a specific role.

Downloading the Services

To download the OmniView services, follow these steps:

  1. Verify License Availability: Ensure that a license is available for your role contact your Admin.
  2. Download Process:
    • Access the OmniView software within your plant’s network and create a user.
    • Follow the prompts to complete the details of your account.
  3. Admin Assignment: Admin will confirm your assigned role and give access rights.
